Fun and encouraging we work with our kids to gain confidence while learning self defense. Our Karate and Krav Maga training for kids teaches tools and techniques tailored for situations that commonly confront kids at school, on the playground, and in life. In our classes, we stress three things: self-defense, fitness, and confidence. By focusing on these real world needs, kids are engaged in the learning process.

Our Jr. classes are focused on the foundational skills needed for our 8-12 year old students to feel confident and safe when dealing with real life situations they may encounter at school and in life. Besides just learning the techniques to properly defend themselves our Jr's will also work on individual and collaborative communication as they work with instructors, peers, and eventually, beginners like they once were.

Our teen classes are uniquely focused on the concerns teens face both at school and in life. what they will learn will help them to build confidence and discipline while also building fitness and communication skills. at the teenage level there is a higher stress on function over form which is designed to bring our teenagers to a high level of proficiency in a relatively short amount of time. Teens will also learn individual and collaborative communication as they work with instructors, peers, and eventually, beginners like they once were as they work to become confident strong leaders.

Our adult classes are designed to build the skills needed for self defense in the real world. We will focus on function over form which is designed to bring a high level of proficiency in a relatively short amount of time. Defined by brutal offensive techniques and quick counterattacks, Krav Maga is the ideal self-defense fighting style for unexpected and dangerous situations.
